The Palestine Solidarity Alliance (PSA) is shocked to learn that the South African Zionist Federation (SAZF) has demanded that the Independent News Group publish confidential communication between attorneys representing Gadija Davids, a South African victim of the Mavi Marmara attack, and the South African Police Services (SAPS).

The desperation inherent in their threat of “publish or else” is consistent with their state of denial.

The PSA applauds the Independent News Group for its coverage of the warrant saga and its determination not to be bullied by an organ of a regime responsible for war crimes.

We call on all freedom-loving people to support the process of justice which Gadija Davids, a South African citizen, deserves.
