Gaza Ceasefire a Tribute to Palestinian Steadfastness and Armed Resistance

The Media Review Network welcomes the announcement of a ceasefire between the Resistance movements in Gaza and the Zionist entity known as ‘Israel’.

The ceasefire is a testament to the resilience and resoluteness of the Palestinian people in Gaza and the Resistance movements.

After 15 months of a Western-sponsored genocide, epistemicide, and ethnic cleansing of indigenous Palestinians, the Zionist entity has not been able to defeat the Resistance.

Bezion Mileikowsky, aka Netanyahu, has been left with egg on his face, failing to deliver the total victory he promised.

He entered the war with promises of “total victory”, and has ended it as a wanted criminal by the ICC. He also faces fraud and corruption charges inside the Zionist entity.

His only ‘achievement’ has been the genocide of Palestinians, a crime the ICJ is investigating.

The Resistance movements led by Hamas, on the other hand, have in recent months re-emerged stronger by mounting a counter-offensive for more than three months in the north of the strip.

Mileikowsky and his goons in government will no doubt try to sabotage the ceasefire to save face amongst Zionist settler extremists.

The MRN therefore calls upon the ICC, ICJ, and the international community to hold the Zionist entity to account without fear or favour.

Operation Al Aqsa Flood was one battle in the larger war of liberation against Zionist settler colonialism.

This includes armed struggle and the legendary steadfastness (sumoud) of the Palestinian people, which was on full display.

We at MRN mourn the thousands of lives lost in this genocide. For this, the Zionist entity will be held accountable.

Aluta continua until there are no traces of Zionism and the Zionist entity in Historic Palestine.
