The Media Review Network (MRN) welcomes the nuclear peace deal between Iran and the West.
Initial sources report that the deal suggests a win-win situation for the negotiating parties. Reports suggest that all forms of economic sanctions against Iran including banking, exports and imports will be lifted. This will launch the Iranian economy on a path of recovery which will benefit ordinary Iranians. Unfair sanctions instigated by the Israeli lobby have ultimately failed. The world was pushed to the brink of war with Iran, also driven by Israel and its lobby, which fortunately has been neutralized and overcome. What is required of the world is for a full probe into Israel’s nuclear weapons capacity.
Although the deal will curtail Iran’s nuclear technology development for the next 10 years, Israel will now have to concern herself with a new nuclear threat in the region. Saudi Arabia has made her intentions clear when high ranking government officials from the House of Saud visited France recently. They are in the market for developing their nuclear technology. Time will tell how far they hope to carry out this development. Saudi Arabia hopes to develop 16 nuclear power stations in the next 20 years. It must not be forgotten that the Saudis, together with the other despotic Gulf Co-operation Countries (GCC), have strong links with Israel’s security and intelligence services, and do not act without Israel’s permission. With these intentions on the part of the Saudis, Israel’s double-standards will be tested.
The MRN congratulates the Iranian government and calls on the international community to immediately suspend all outstanding embargoes against Iran.
