NFP DENOUNCES US MILITARY AID TO ISRAEL AND SLAMS BIDEN’S REPEATED PROPAGANDA

PRESS STATEMENT FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

19 December 2023
The National Freedom Party (NFP) condemns in the strongest terms the recent
announcement of $14.3 billion in military aid from the United States to Israel. This immoral
provision of weapons in the name of combating terrorism, to a Regime committing genocide,
is an egregious display of misplaced priorities and disregard for Palestinian lives.

“The Biden administration’s repeated dissemination of propaganda and lies, such as the
alleged sightings of beheaded infants, is not only deeply disconcerting but also indicative of a
disturbing trend. Despite the retractions by the US State Department, the relentless promotion
of uncorroborated narratives reveals a deliberate attempt to manipulate public sentiment and
manufacture consent for a for the genocide in Gaza. Moreover, it obscures the grim reality on
the ground, where thousands of images emerge daily, exposing the horrifying mass murder of
women and children in Gaza by the Apartheid State of Israel,” stated NFP leader in Parliament,
Ahmed Munzoor Shaik Emam.

Furthermore, the NFP welcomes the unveiling of the true motives driving this Genocide, and
subsequent support by the US administration – the pursuit of gas exploration off the coast
of Gaza and Israel’s unyielding ambition for complete dominion over the entire
Palestine. The actions undertaken by the US Administration in cahoots with the Apartheid
State of Israeli exposes a ruthless pursuit of geopolitical gains, all at the peril of regional
harmony and the lives of innocent civilians.

“The US’s alignment with the Apartheid State of Israel epitomises the prioritisation of financial
gains over ethical duties. History shall neither forget nor forgive the endorsement of systemic
injustices and the backing of a genocide against the Palestinian people, for monetary gains,”
added Shaik Emam.

The NFP however, is not surprised by Biden’s position, given his status as the recipient of the
most funding from AIPAC, an Israeli lobby group in the US. This notable affiliation underscores
a concerning trend where policy decisions appear influenced by external forces, prompting
serious doubts about the guiding ethos behind US foreign policy.

“The NFP vehemently denounces these actions and urges the international community to hold
the Biden administration accountable for its role in perpetuating a genocide, supporting the
oppression of Palestinians, and sacrificing innocent Palestinian lives for financial and strategic
National Freedom Party (NFP) Parliamentary Caucus gains. We call for an immediate ceasefire, and for the ICC to hold the US administration equally responsible for War Crimes in Gaza,” concluded Shaik Emam.
