In the name of God, the most gracious, the most merciful A statement issued by the meeting of Palestinian factions in Moscow
The Palestinian factions gathered in the city of Moscow express their thanks and appreciation to the Russian leadership for hosting their
meetings, and for its position in support of the Palestinian cause. They affirm, in light of what our people are exposed to from the criminal
Zionist aggression, the positive and constructive spirit that prevailed at the meeting. They agree that their meetings will continue in upcoming rounds of dialogue to reach a comprehensive national unity that includes all Palestinian forces and factions within the framework of the Palestine Liberation Organization, the sole legitimate representative of the Palestinian people.

The factions affirmed their agreement on the urgent tasks before the Palestinian people and their unity of action in order to achieve them,
foremost of which is:

1- Confronting the criminal Israeli aggression and the genocidal war it is waging against our people in the Gaza Strip, the West Bank and
Jerusalem, with the support, assistance and participation of the United States of America.

2- Resisting, stopping and thwarting attempts to displace our people from their homeland, Palestine, especially in the Gaza Strip or in the West Bank and Jerusalem, and emphasising the illegality of settlements and settlement expansion in accordance with the resolutions of the Security Council and the United Nations General Assembly.

3- Working to lift the barbaric siege imposed on our people in the Gaza Strip and the West Bank and delivering humanitarian, vital and medical aid without restrictions or conditions.

4- Forcing the occupying army to withdraw from the Gaza Strip and preventing attempts to establish its occupation or control over any part
of the Gaza Strip under the pretext of buffer zones, and the rest of the occupied territories, and adhere to the unity of all Palestinian territories in accordance with the Basic Law.

5- Rejecting any attempts to separate the Gaza Strip from the West Bank, including Jerusalem, as part of efforts to rob the Palestinian people of their right to self-determination and establish their free, independent state with full sovereignty over all the occupied Palestinian territory, with Jerusalem as its capital, in accordance with international resolutions.

6- Supporting and supporting the heroic steadfastness of our struggling people and their resistance in Palestine and their keenness to support our people in the Gaza Strip and the West Bank, especially in Jerusalem, and their valiant resistance, to overcome the wounds and destruction caused by the criminal aggression, rebuild what the occupation destroyed, to support the families of the martyrs and the wounded and everyone who lost their homes, property, and sources of livelihood.

7- Confronting the occupation’s conspiracies and ongoing violations against the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque, its attacks on freedom of worship
during the holy month of Ramadan, preventing worshipers from reaching it, and insisting on resisting any harm to Al-Aqsa Mosque, the city of Jerusalem, and its Islamic and Christian sanctities.

8- Full support for the brave male and female prisoners in prisons who are subjected to various forms of torture and oppression, and the
determination to prioritize making every possible effort to liberate them from the captivity of the occupation.

9- Emphasizing the protection of the UNRWA and its vital role in caring for Palestinian refugees until their return is achieved, and United Nations Resolution No. 194 is implemented.

10- The Palestinian factions salute the State of South Africa for its support for the Palestinian people and its fundamental role in filing a
case before the International Court of Justice to hold the Israeli occupation accountable for the crime of genocide.
