Israel is provoking for an all out regional war with Lebanon and Iran

The whores of war are in full swing. They are planning for another Islamophobic war against Lebanon and Iran.

After returning from the United States, where Israeli Prime Minister met with the leadership of the U.S political, military and intelligence chiefs, madness erupted in the Middle East. First there was the Majdal Shams attack which killed 12 children from the Druze community in Israeli Occupied Syrian territory.  Then Israel attacked and assassinated Hezbollah leader Fouad Shukr in Beirut and then Israel attacked and assassinated Palestinian democratically elected leader Ismail Haniyeh in Tehran, Iran.  Ceasefire talks are now dead as one side (Israel) has killed the negotiator from the other side (Palestine). Haniyeh was the Palestinian negotiator for peace, leading the Palestinian delegation in the ceasefire discussions with Israel and fervently attempting to reach a ceasefire agreement to end the Genocide in Gaza. By assassinating him, Israel has clearly demonstrated that it has no intention of peace with the Palestinians.

The mainstream media which propagated the lies about weapons of mass destruction in Iraq and Iraq being in alliance with Al Qaeda to justify the U.S imperialist invasion of Iraq is behaving today as it did in the time preceding the U.S invasion of Iraq.  The well-oiled western media in the U.S serves as Israel’s public relations apparatus. They have repeated the line and lies from Tel Aviv that Hezbollah allegedly attacked  “ Israel “and killed 12  “ Israeli” children in Majdal Shams. Hezbollah has been very clear that they were not responsible for the attack and had nothing to do with the attack. They argue that the attack was a false flag operation carried out by Israel to blame Hezbollah and attack Lebanon in an all-out war.

It is an undisputed fact, that the Majdal Shams in the Golan Heights is not Israeli territory. It never was.  It is Arab Syrian territory that Israel unlawfully occupied and usurped after the 1967 war. In 1981 Israel tried to steal and annex the Golan Heights but the U.N. Security Council unanimously passed a resolution opposing Israel’s annexation of the Golan Heights and called on Israel to rescind its imposition of Israeli law on the Golan. But the media doesn’t tell us these facts, instead they refer to the Golan Heights as Northern Israel. They shamelessly repeat Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Milaikowsky’s lies. What the media also omitted from telling the public is that many of the Druze community do not have Israeli citizenship and are citizens of Syria. They also do not consider themselves Israeli. They even protested against the Israeli Prime Ministers visit after the attack, saying that he is not welcome and that he is a baby killer.

Israel wants an all-out regional war.  Hezbollah does not want an all-out regional war. Israel has repeatedly acted outside the rules of engagement with Hezbollah. The Islamic Resistance in Lebanon for its part has acted rationally and with revolutionary discipline. It has gone through extraordinary lengths to avoid a full scale war between Lebanon and Israel. It used drones which entered Israeli airspace undetected and took footage of Israeli military positions and presented it to the world on two separate occasions. Why do this? If you want a war and are planning for a war, you keep your military strategic advantages secret.  Hezbollah could read that the Israeli Prime Minister is looking for an all-out war with Lebanon and it released the drone footage specifically to deter the insane Zionist leadership in Israel from venturing into an all-out war with Hezbollah and Lebanon. It is not that the Resistance in Lebanon is afraid of an all-out war with Israel. Rather it is aware of the fascist nature of the Israeli Zionist State and their willingness to commit genocide and infanticide in Gaza and repeating the same in Lebanon. If Hezbollah wanted an all-out war with Israel, it would have used its drone capability as a surprise attack on Israel and not as a war deterrent.

Israel wants an all- out regional war. Islamic Iran does not want an all-out regional war. Israel acted in breach of International Law when it attacked the Iranian consulate in Syria and killed high ranking Iranian officials, among them Hassan Mahdavi. Iran pursued the avenue of International law and brought the matter before the U.N. Security Council and there was a draft resolution prepared by Russia condemning the unlawful action of Israel but the United States, the United Kingdom and France opposed this and condoned Israel’s provocative unlawful conduct. This was a monumental moment in the history of international law and laws pertaining to the sovereignty of a nation state as these Western Powers were now openly advocating for the law of the Jungle. What the U.S, the U.K and France are demonstrating to the world is that any country can attack another country’s embassy in a third country. For Iran to act similarly to Israel, it should bomb the Israeli embassy in the U.S. Iran however did not chose this barbaric route.

Iran’s response was carefully calibrated and calculated not to cause casualties when it attacked Israel’s military positions with drones and missiles. This was extraordinary restraint demonstrated by Islamic Iran which also sent a message to Israel’s ally, the U.S that if Israel were to retaliate against Iran, it will hit Israel and hit it hard. But the world powers have green-lighted Israeli genocide. Israel knows it can act with impunity.  It has slaughtered 40 000 Palestinians and no one is doing anything to stop it. Instead its allies are doing everything to support the genocide by providing more weapons and finance to Israel. Recently some of Israeli parliamentary members were advocating for the right of Israeli Zionist Jews to rape Palestinians in detention after a Palestinian detainee was raped. Though this footage has gone viral for all the world to witness, there has been no condemnation from the Western leaders. Again the signalling from the West is that there are no red lines for the Zionist State. It can maim, murder, massacre and rape with impunity and can rely on the support of the United States and Europe for its war crimes.

Israel assassinated the high ranking Hezbollah commander Fouad Shukr in Beirut, Lebanon with the blessings and green light from Washington. We know that Washington has green lighted genocide but to support actions that could result in a world war is shocking beyond belief. The Israeli attack not only killed the resistance leader but also resulted in the loss of civilian lives, among them two infants. But the White House does not care for the slaughter of Muslim babies that died as a result of an attack that it openly authorised. In less than twenty four hours after the Beirut attack, Israel assassinated the elected leader of the Palestinian people, Ismail Haniyeh in Iran, where he was attending the inauguration of the Iranian President. This barbaric attack was also not condemned by the U.S. as millions of people the world over took to the streets to mourn Haniyeh.

By attacking two independent Muslim countries and killing their popular leaders, Israel is signalling its intent for an endless regional and international war.

The failure of America and the West to condemn this unlawful and cowardly assassination of a democratically elected leader of the Palestinian people in Tehran is both hypocritical and dangerous. Now any country can decide to kill its enemies in other countries because the international powers allow for it.  If Iran were to act similarly to Israel then Iran should kill Netanyahu in Washington while Netanyahu is attending the inauguration of Karmala Harris or Donald Trump after the U.S. elections.  Iran of course will not take this barbaric route. It however has the right under international law to defend itself against Israeli barbarism.

What Israel has done is that it has deliberately forced Iran’s and Hezbollah’s hand and provoked an all-out war with Lebanon and Iran. Iran and Hezbollah have no option but to defend themselves against Israel. In the meantime the U.S is sending more American soldiers, warships and weapons to the Middle East. Is this the conduct of a country that wants to avoid a regional war in the region? A country that wants to avoid a regional and world war will not behave the way the Israeli’s and the Americans are behaving. The mainstream media has already green-lighted the Majdal Shams false flag operation in support of the Zionist State thereby emboldening Israel to carry out further false flag operations. Will the next Israeli false flag operation be against American military positions or serviceman and blame it on Iran to force the U.S into war with Iran? Will Russia and China sit on the side and watch if the U.S goes to war with Iran?   The drums of war are beating in a region which has been the victim of just too many unjust Imperialist and Zionist led wars. The people will not accept another such war.
