While the Palestinians have paid a heavy price in life and blood by their daring operation, they have also exposed the criminal nature of the zionist entity and its backers worldwide led by the US.
October 7 marks exactly three years since the Palestinians launched their daring operation, Al-Aqsa Flood, against the zionist occupiers of their land.
While this caused immense suffering to the Palestinian people as a result of the US-backed Israeli genocide, the operation also exposed the real face of zionism: a barbaric racist ideology run by genocidal maniacs.
Virtually the entire infrastructure of Gaza—apartment buildings, schools, universities, libraries, bakeries, water treatment plants and any other structures that support or sustain human life—have been deliberately targeted and destroyed.
The zionists made no secret of their demonic intentions.
They vowed to make Gaza uninhabitable.
In three years, they have achieved that and more.
Estimates based on Gaza’s Health Ministry figures say 74,200 Palestinians have been killed since October 7, 2023.
Of these some 20,000 are children.
Another 175,278 have been injured, some incapacitated for life.
These figures are under-reported.
The Gaza Health Ministry only counts figures based on hospital deaths, or reported to it by family members directly.
In addition to thousands of people buried under the rubble, many thousands of others have not reported the deaths of their relatives to the ministry.
They are too traumatized to be able to take care of such paperwork.
Some human rights organizations—Genocide Watch, Amnesty International, the UN Human Rights Council, B’Tselem, Code Pink and others—have called it genocide.
Supporters and backers of the zionist entity have decried such categorization.
The International Criminal Court (ICC) has issued arrest warrants for Benjamin Netanyahu and former Israeli war minister Yoav Gallant.
Again, opinion regarding the ICC’s arrest warrants is divided.
The vast majority of people in the world have welcomed the ICC’s warrants and want them implemented.
They want Netanyahu, Gallant and other zionist war criminals arrested and put away for life.
The US, on the other hand, the principal backer and financier of zionist war crimes, wants to have the ICC dismantled.
Several pro-zionist US senators have openly stated that the ICC should be going after rulers in Africa and Asia, not US ally Israel.
It does not get more brazen than that.
Even the UN Secretary General Antonio Gutteres denounced Hamas’s daring operation of three years ago as a “horrendous crime”.
The UN is little more than an echo chamber of the US and the collective west.
Its mission is to protect the zionist entity.
The vast majority of the world thinks differently.
This was demonstrated yet again on September 24 when the indicted war criminal Netanyahu came to speak at the UN General Assembly.
Delegates from 77 countries walked out of the chamber when Netanyahu came to speak.
It was the world’s collective slap on his face.
Far from implementing the ICC’s arrest warrant, western regimes facilitate Netanyahu’s visits.
Take the case of Canada.
When its prime minister Mark Carney was asked last year whether he would implement the ICC arrest warrant, he said Canada was legally bound to do so.
Yet Netanyahu’s plane has been allowed to trespass Canadian airspace numerous times on its way to the US.
This reflects western hypocrisy.
It goes deeper. While the vast majority of Canadians want their government to stop sending weapons to Israel, no such steps have been taken.
The same applies to the US where opposition to zionist war crimes has risen sharply among ordinary Americans.
The zionists, however, are not fazed.
They engineered the dismissal of ICC chief prosecutor, British Barrister Karim Khan after hurling scandalous, unverified allegations against him.
A number of ICC judges have had their bank accounts frozen and credit cards cancelled under US pressure.
They have also been barred entry into the US.
The zionist war criminals, meanwhile continue with their murderous policy in Gaza and the West Bank.
The zionist entity, however, is nearing its end.
Its murderous policies may delay but not avert its complete demise.
The vast majority of people in the world see it as a blot on human conscience.
